and other details you provide for filing. - Payment and billing information (such as billing address and transaction details). Payment card data is typically handled by our payment processors;
we may receive limited details such as tokenized payment identifiers, last 4 digits, and transaction status. - Customer support communications (such as the content of emails, chats, or other communications you send to us).
3.2 One-Time Passcodes (Login Codes) by SMS or Email
If you choose to authenticate by receiving a one-time passcode (for example, by selecting “Text a code” or “Email a code”),
we will send you a code to help confirm your identity and access your account. These codes are time-limited (for example, 15 minutes)
and are intended to be used only by you.
We do not use login-code messages for marketing. Please keep your passcode private and do not share it with anyone.

to the appropriate tax authority and/or authorized e-file networks.

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests,
protect our rights or the rights of others, investigate fraud, or address security issues.
5.4 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets,

6. Tax Information Confidentiality
Tax-related data may be subject to special confidentiality rules. We use and disclose Tax Information only as permitted by applicable law
and as necessary to provide the Services.
